Changing the Feedback Experience

In this workshop we’ll look at positive psychology and some key concepts within such as strength based coaching, solution focused inquiry and defining desired outcomes along with a close look at human systems and importance of systems support. In turn you will learn various ways you can approach feedback differently to garner not only a more productive result, but a far more positive one as well.

Essential Strategies for Leadership

Using a variety of insights into what makes a successful leader, this workshop tailors aspects of leadership, communication, relationship building and team management to the role of a manager inside of a communications company. It is ideal for anyone who is looking to grow his or her strategic leadership skills. This is an interactive workshop that will push people to leave feeling empowered and inspired to make a difference with their team, their client/account and most importantly within themselves.

Building Your Leadership Brand

In a sink or swim industry we often learn by those who came before us – which may or may not be the most effective way. We bring our past experience, and our own stories, into our leadership style and sometimes that gets in our way. In this interactive workshop, we draw parallels to the process of developing a brand and bringing it to market to how you are the manager of your own brand as well as your team. We focus on developing critical communication skills, strengthening emotional intelligence and fostering a positive work environment through the lens of being a creative leader.
